MARK
Mark Svensson is an attorney, community organizer and philanthropic leader. One of seven children, Mark was born and raised in Orangetown, NY where he graduated from the Pearl River School District. Mark began his post-secondary education at Rockland Community College, where he served as his graduating class's Student Commencement Speaker. While at RCC, Mark became the first and only student in school history to be chosen from more than 1,500 nominees to be a member of the All-USA Community College Academic Team. Mark went on to earn his bachelor's degree with honors from Georgetown University, his master's degree from George Washington University, and his law degree on full-ride from Seton Hall University School of Law as a Distinguished Scholar recipient.
Mark is married 10-years to the love of his life Ismini, a civil engineer and native of Greece. They met at Georgetown where they instantly bonded over their shared passion for service. Together, they're the proud parents of their daughter, Rafaela.
